Southern fried apples are the sweet and savory treat that has been a tradition for years. You can eat this dessert on it's own or add to apple pie for filling.

- 4 granny smith apples (peeled, cored and sliced)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp of Cracker Girl Sweet Seasoning
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
1.Add the butter to a large skillet (preferably a cast iron skillet) on medium heat.
2. Once melted whisk in the sugar, cracker girl sweet seasoning, and cinnamon.
3. Add in the apples, stir and cook until softened, for 6 to 8 minutes.
