Easy Pumpkin Pie

There's a pumpkin pie lover everywhere you go. It's a holiday staple that will never go out of style. Try this easy pumpkin recipe and see if it lives up to the standards of the pumpkin pie lover in your life.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cracker Girl Sweet Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pie crust

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
  2. Put pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin spice, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl and mix until combined.
  3. Pour the pumpkin batter into the pie crust and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 350F and bake for 40 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the pie cool inside for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and let it cool completely. Serve & enjoy!
