BBQ Meatloaf Meatballs

Attention all you meat lovers! These savory meatballs can be made in less than an hour and can be served with your favorite sides or on their own. Perfect for tailgates and football games!

Prep time: 10 minutes 

Cook time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 & half lbs ground beef
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup Cracker Boy Original BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
THE SAUCE:

Directions:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and ½ cup of BBQ sauce.
  2. Form the meat mixture into 6 oval shaped loaves and place in the divots you created on the sheet pan.
  3. Make the sauce by mixing ½ cup BBQ sauce with 2 Tbsp. maple syrup. Get a brush and add half of the sauce along the tops of the meatloaves
  4. Set aside the other half of the sauce for adding on the meat loaves after they come out of the oven.
  5. Place sheet pan in oven and cook for 30 minutes until a meat thermometer reaches 165 °
  6. Serve with your favorite side! Our favorite combos are sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes or any greens you like!
