Spicy Mexican Street Corn July 30 2018

Light and preheat charcoal grill. While coals heat combine all ingredients except for corn and lime in a bowl and mix well. Set mixture aside. When grill is ready, place the corn on the grill and cook on all four sides until they get a nice brown char (about 7-8 minutes).
Remove from grill and toss in the cheese mixture bowl. Coat the corn all over with the mixture using a spoon. Plate the corn and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges. This dish is even great served with our Jalapeno Citrus Sauce!
