Spicy Corn Dip November 13 2017

There's something about a warm corn dip on a cold day that is perfect for the season. That's why we're giving you this cheesy corn dip with a kick! Serve this dip as an appetizer before your Thanksgiving feast, or set out as a snack while you're watching football! Trust us, this dip is sure to be a winner with all of your friends and family.

  • 1 can yellow corn, drained
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can southwest corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon Cracker Boy Seasoning 
  • 1-2 jalapeños, seeded and diced (optional)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Mexican cheese


    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 

    Mix the corn, sour cream, cream cheese, green onion, chiles, beans, Cracker Boy Seasoning, jalapeños, and garlic in a bowl. 

    Transfer mixture to a baking dish and cover with the Mexican cheese blend. 

    Bake 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden on the edges. 

    Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos.
