Mother's Day Shrimp & Grits May 08 2018

COOK TIME: 20 mins
Bring water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon Cracker Girl Spicy Seasoning. Add grits and cook 20 to 25 minutes. Once grits are done and water is absorbed, stir in butter and cheese. Cookbacon in a large skillet until browned. Rinse off the shrimp and pat dry. In the bacon grease, add shrimp. Cook until shrimp turn pink then add lemon juice, chopped bacon, onions and garlic. You can add more Cracker Girl Seasoning for taste. Pan cook the mixture for a few more minutes. Serve mixture over grits and enjoy!
