BBQ Steak Skewers November 15 2017 1 Comment

Here's a BBQ steak recipe so good it will have you begging for more. The best part? It comes served on it's own utensil, so you don't even have to do (that many) dishes afterwards. Serve as an appetizer or pair with your favorite veggies and potatoes as a full blown meal. Grill on.

PREP TIME: 30 mins
COOK TIME: 5 mins

  • beef tenderloin, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Cracker Boy Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Cracker Boy BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 6 inch wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

  • Directions:

Heat grill to high. Mix all ingredients besides the meat into a bowl and let sit while the grill heats.

Skewer 2 pieces of beef so that the meat lies flat. Alternate with veggies brushed with olive oil if desired. Brush the meat on both sides with the sauce. Grill meat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown, brushing with the remaining sauce while grilling. Remove from grill and serve.
