BBQ Slow Cooker Ribs

BBQ Slow Cooker Ribs

Nothing quite like flavorful and fall off the bone BBQ Ribs. Perfect game-day meal that will have your mouth watering before they are even finished cooking. 

 Prep time: 30 Mins

Cook time: 3 Hours

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks pork ribs about 6 lbs
  • 1 jar of Cracker Boy Original Barbecue Sauce 
  • For the Dry Rub:

    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
    • 1 tablespoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon chili powder
    • 2 teaspoon cumin
    • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
    • 1-2 teaspoons cayenne pepper 

    Directions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees
    2. In a bowl mix dry rub until combined all the way through and set aside
    3. Rinse pork ribs and dry with paper towels
    4. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs
    5. Spread the dry rub all over the ribs covering both sides
    6. Wrap ribs tightly in foil meat side up, place on baking sheet
    7. Bake for 3 hours for spare ribs, 2 hours for baby back ribs 
    8. Open foil and drain the liquid from the ribs. Brush on Cracker Boy Original Barbecue Sauce on the ribs, broil for 5 minutes
    9. Remove and let the ribs rest 5-10 minutes before cutting and serve with your favorite side dish!
